Electrical contracting for commercial buildings and light-industrial sites
We scope the job and quote it in writing, then plan the work around your operating hours, so you know what is being done, what it costs and when we will be on site.
01Capabilities
Six services, each with a defined scope
Each service has its own scope and its own list of what we need from you. Open a card to see both, then request a quote with that service already selected.
Tenant fit-outs and build-outs
New power, lighting and controls for tenant spaces, expansions and reconfigurations. We work from your drawings and fit into the general contractor’s schedule.
Scope and requirementsLED lighting retrofits
We replace older fluorescent, metal halide and high-pressure sodium lighting with LED fixtures or retrofit kits, adding controls where they pay off. Work can be staged by floor or zone so the building stays in use.
Scope and requirementsPower distribution and panel work
Service upgrades, panel replacements, and new feeders and circuits for added equipment. Shutdowns are planned in advance and confirmed with you in writing.
Scope and requirementsPreventive maintenance contracts
Scheduled inspection and upkeep of panels, switchgear, lighting and emergency lighting. After each visit you get a written record and a list of anything that needs attention.
Scope and requirementsAfter-hours and emergency service for businesses
Help outside office hours when an electrical fault stops your operation. After-hours service is available to our existing maintenance clients.
Scope and requirementsWorkplace and fleet EV charging
Chargers for staff, visitor and fleet parking, from load assessment to installation. We check your existing capacity first, so you know what the site can support before you buy equipment.
